As a newly married couple, we are trying to create new traditions to carry out in our family. We want to center our lives around Christ, and His redeeming power. These are the tradition we have started, or want to start that help to keep Christ in the forefront of our minds. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or as many know us as Mormons. We beleive in God the Eternal Father, and in his Son Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost.

My Testimony

I know that the gospel taught by Jesus Christ in the New Testament and the Book of Mormon is true. Christ came to the earth to fulfill the plan of salvation, which had been prepared long before the world came into bring. His life and death made possible our own redemption. I know that Christ restored His gospel and authority through Joseph Smith, so that we could have the truth on the earth today. The priesthood which was restored through Joseph Smith is active today, and President Monson holds the keys to that power.

I know that true, lasting happiness is the result of living by the gospel of Jesus Christ. We can live for eternity in this happiness, alongside our family. While the afterlife is not clearly known, I know that I can be with those I love. The perspective that this eternal knowledge brings allows us to focus on what is truly important, taking adversity in stride. I love my wife and I love the Lord, and I look forward to experiencing the rest of this life and beyond with these individuals.

"I believe in Christ, so come what may..." the gospel of Jesus Christ has changed my life forever. I believe that Christ came to this earth, and took upon him all of our sins. Because of his Atoning sacrifice for us, we are able to be resurrected. We can live with Him once more. Families can be together forever through his Atoning sacrifice.
